4/1: Noctula In, Sofia Next, One Ghost Left
It is Sunday 4/1 at 03:35. Increase EXP +10% is bought, Noctula is recruited, Sofia is my current Support project, and Monster in the Night is the only Subquest left before the 4/10 Thundercloud Knights qualifier.

This is a very different Chapter 5 checkpoint from where I started.
It is Sunday 4/1 at 03:35.
I have purchased Increase EXP +10%, which means the next Boon decision moves on to Cai's actual development lane rather than leaving the EXP purchase on my mental to-do list.
Noctula is recruited.
That gives the roster the Brawling role I originally wanted from her instead of another character duplicating Peter, Tialla, or Cai.
I am also deliberately working on Sofia now.
She is not an immediate recruit on Cai's route — her requirement is Support 3 and Renown 9 — so this is a long-term relationship project rather than something I need to force before the next qualifier. The practical plan is to use gifts intelligently and then let weekly Meals do most of the repeated Support work.
Quest-wise, the board is almost empty.
Everything currently available is complete except Monster in the Night. The Phantom is an evening encounter, so at 03:35 there is nothing useful about wandering its alley yet. I need to return to eastern Dagsion after 18:00, trigger the Event Clash, and turn it in afterward.
The next main event is the Thundercloud Knights qualifier on 4/10.
For the current weekly cycle, I have already done at least one Temple service and fed the Pale Raven. The remaining Free Time is therefore much less about discovering another pile of errands and much more about using the systems I already understand:
support work, any still-unused weekly activities, the Phantom at night, then the qualifier.
The other useful thing I finally learned is that the Tavern's empty gift stock is not a Sunday problem. Cheap Tavern gifts replenish by chapter, while my weekly relationship activities reset on their own schedule.
That is exactly the kind of tiny rule I would otherwise forget and re-research.
Where this ended up
The journal keeps the session. These carry the conclusion.
Gifts, Meals & How I Actually Build Support
Cheap Tavern gifts replenish by chapter rather than by the weekly reset. During the current chapter, check the Marketplace, world-map settlement merchants, quest rewards, and chapter-start yellow pickup orbs. Give the target character a gift, then lean on Meals for repeat Support gains.

Growth Rates, Level-Ups & How Classes Shape My Stats
A growth rate is the chance that a base stat gains a point on level-up. Characters have personal growth tendencies, and the currently equipped class changes those growth rates. Class choice is therefore the main confirmed way to shape future stat gains; derived stats such as Attack Speed and Hit are calculated afterward from the resulting base stats plus equipment and other modifiers.

What Every Character Stat Actually Means
Read raw stats as inputs, not outcomes. Str/Mag drive damage, Dex drives accuracy and crit consistency, Spd plus Bld determine whether equipment leaves enough Attack Speed to follow up, Def/Res become the two defensive lanes, and Mov determines how much map a unit can actually influence.
