I Found the Karma Menu, Then Immediately Wanted to Hoard
Finding the Boons of Salvation menu, losing it again, and working out that the system is not asking me to sacrifice anything permanently.

Two reactions to the Boons of Salvation screen, in this order: this seems important, and — where did that menu go.
Pale Raven's Perch, in Dagsion. I am writing that down because I have now looked for it twice, and the second time took longer than the first, which is not the direction that is supposed to go.
The reframe is what did it. Instead of which upgrades am I sacrificing forever, the question is which upgrades make the rest of the game better soonest. I can answer the second one in about ten seconds. The first one I could have sat in front of for the entire evening, spending nothing, achieving nothing, and calling it caution.
This is also the one system I am explicitly happy to optimise. Knowing the efficient Boon order removes repetition and does not solve a single map for me. That is the line I care about, and it is nice to find a system that sits so cleanly on the right side of it.
